If you have an active skin condition, download and bring the signed & dated doctor form to weigh-ins. NOTES: Clip your fingernails in advance! Nails should be cut short so that you cannot feel them when you push in. NFHS UNIFORM Rule 4.1 GUIDELINES: " All contestants wearing a one-piece singlet shall wear a suitable undergarment that completely covers the buttocks and groin area.įemale wrestlers wearing a one-piece singlet shall wear a sports bra that completely covers their breasts and minimizes the risk of exposure."
